One of the Italian leaders in the SPA & Wellness industry asked us to find an efficient way to simplify the check-in process at their facilities.
The process had to be seamlessly tied to the online booking service and should also assign a "smart" identification code that could be used for up-selling purposes inside the SPA center.
Our team of UX/UI experts supported our phygital Technology provider Munogu, who was in charge of developing the technology solution.We created a complete new and simplified customer journey through new interfaces with an intuitive design.
Starting from a detailed assessment of the current check-in process, of the legacy technology environment and of the Client’s needs we studied a new customer journey leveraging on Munogu technology platform.
Our Team designed the entire check-in flow. We developed wireframes taking into account all functionalities delivered by different platforms (ERP, Munogu Technology etc.) to provide an easy-to-use and intuitive final interface design.
We also defined the entire interaction experience and interaction design for the upsell application that is used during the customer's stay inside the SPA.
